I offer humanistic counselling and psychotherapy one to one. You can mix and match from the following, depending on your preference.
When do you truly allow yourself to slow down and connect to your body and the world around you? An outdoors session where we focus more specifically on connecting to Nature and also to ourselves. Through simple exercises we aim to get out of the thinking mind and into a more playful, curious, bodily sense of wonder. Your psychological process will also be held just as in the sessions above, but the focus here is to deepen connection to the Natural world.
